TV3 Hits Brong Ahafo
Most Ghanaians preferred television channel, TV3 can now be viewed in the Brong Ahafo region starting July 1, 2008.

Its track is concrete in the towns of Sunyani, Berekum, Nsuta, Duayawnkwanta, Bechem and surrounding villages. Information gathered indicates that marginal signals can also be received in thetowns of Jinijini, Techiman and Bechem.

The Chief Executive Officer of TV3, Mr. Syed Zaidi disclosed TV3 is poised to extend its leading programme brands to all corners of the country by early 2009. He added Brong Ahafo is an exciting region and believe the people of that region will in no time become passionate viewers of our programmes.

“TV3 is committed to improving the quality of its local content and also acquiring award winning international television content across all genres to bring to its increasing viewers. This of course also means better value to our advertisers”. He stated.

Head of Engineering, Mr. Augustus Dickson also commented that TV3’s recent migration to satellite broadcast means that it will deploy to new areas faster and more efficiently and will also result in viewers receiving sharper signals on their televisions. The next stop for TV3 is the northern regions and the team at TV3 is excited by the challenge and prospects of beaming its signals to the great regions of the north.
